Putting Living Shorelines to work

pgs%20seagrass.jpg Took this photo today of Project GreenShores here in Pensacola. It was amazing how crystal clear the water was today and how well you can see the awesome seagrass beds. Living shorelines are incredible and work very hard providing excellent bird, fish, crustacean and people habitat all while protecting road and building infrastructure. Hope yall enjoy this photo as much as I enjoyed seeing it in person. Darryl,I agree with Bill about the before photo. It would also be great to hear about some of the specifics behind the project and when it was completed to provide some temporal context to the photo. It would be great if you could edit the post or add a comment explaining more about the project and where exactly it is.
